Bio
Robert Tolan is a young technical builder based in New York City, USA, who currently works in portfolio management at an investment fund after having lived in several cities across Europe. He received an Emergent Ventures grant and a Polaris Fellowship to establish a supply-side housing policy think tank in Ireland, where he previously founded the Better Planning Alliance to research housing policy solutions. Tolan has contributed to The Economist and is recognized for his hands-on approach to building data-driven projects that address real-world housing challenges.
